Process in giving speech.
1) Introducing speaker:-At the beginning the speech speaker has to introduce himself/herself. He/she should also mention subject of topic. Speaker should see to it that who are audience & occasion in which he/she is speaking.
2) Informative Speech- This gives information about speech topic. This requires detail study about subject matter of the speech.
3) Promotion Speech-This type of speech includes main subject matter of speech. Speaker uses points & examples to explain his speech. It uses .It uses principles of I (Intrest), A(Attention), D(Desire) & A(Action).
4) Thank you Speech- In this speech speaker is appreciated for his/her preparation, thoughts & presence by representative of organizer team of a program.
5) Prize Distribution Speech-In this speech, awarded people are praised & described about contributions they made.
6) Approval Speech-In this speech, awarded people give speech to express their words of gratitude for awarding them. They give hope that they would continue with their merits.
10 Rules While giving Speech
1) Never to begin speech with an apology.
2) Give better presentation to make good impression on audience.
3) Don’t be too excited.
4) Don’t be ridiculous & embarrassing.
5) Don’t give passive appearance to audience.
6) Don’t speak mixed language .Use either pure English or pure of other language throughout the speech.
7) Don’t waste audience’s time.
